Nyxora AI provides AI automation consulting, chatbot development, workflow automation, API integration, and related services. Specific deliverables and payment terms will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement.
All services and content are provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you provide, maintaining secure credentials for connected platforms, and compliance with applicable laws governing AI and automation use.
Nyxora AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party service outages (e.g., OpenAI, Make, n8n, Zapier), data loss caused by third-party infrastructure, or decisions based on AI outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created for your project. We retain rights to general methodologies and non-client-specific knowledge for use in future work.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your business data or project details with third parties except as necessary to deliver your project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
